How to use alpha key or fill in picturebox

How to use Alpha Key or Fill in picture box to use it with picturebox background correctly for TGA file. Is it possible to display ALPHA only or FILL only or mixed with bacground ?

Picturebox can't work with TGA format. It's only possible way to convert TGA to Bitmap. If TGA has Alpha, it will be in Bitmap too.
