[BUG] missing text in pdf #475

Which app is your issue for

Version
1.14.5 Build 121, but the problem emerged long before that.

What happened?
Despite the OCR accurately recognizing the text, the resulting exported PDF documents contain no text, only images. My tests indicate that this problem does not occur with English, but it does with Russian, Kazakh, and potentially other languages.
