Tapo 2-way audio -- can't use 'talk' function in the tapo app

Hi -- hoping for a bit of help here.

I have a few Tapo C120 cameras. I am using the cameras in Frigate, Home Assistant and want to be able to also use the Tapo app. I got two-way audio working through frigate and HomeAssistant, but it seems that every time I use the two way talk function on one of those apps, if I try to use it on the Tapo app, it tells me "The Line is Busy. Please try Later" and the function does not work. Sound and video comes through just fine through the app, and I can continue to use two way talk in Frigate and HomeAssistant.

The solution seems to be to either reboot go2rtc or the camera.

Any ideas on a solution? Almost seems like go2rtc doesn't release the microphone when you stop the webrtc stream with the 'microphone' listen in media (or release the mic in frigate).

Check the active streams in the go2rtc web interface. There you will see if the microphone is occupied and who occupied it.

Unless I am missing something, the difference appears to be this line: "audio, recvonly, OPUS/48000/2, G722/8000, PCMU/8000, PCMA/8000".

So it seems like it does turn off the two-way microphone. And I can use the two-way from another location (e.g. from the frigate interface, or from homeAssistant). But the tapo app still doesn't let me use the two-way talk feature until I reboot either go2rtc or the camera.

Please show with producers. I can see WebRTC with mic in first example. And WebRTC without mic in second example. It's fine.
But we don't know if producer with mic still active.

OK -- showing four things: info screen after a fresh reboot of frigate when the mic works in tapo, then turning on the mic in home assistant, then turning off the mic in home assistant but continuing webrtc audio/video, and then turning off the home assistant stream completely.
