Running ClipperLib on the GPU

I would like to run clipper lib, either version 1 or 2, on the GPU as kernel code (CUDA, etc..)
Has anyone done this before, if so, where can I find such a project?

Is there a C port of ClipperLib? I don't believe C++11 or C++17 will run on the kernel.
