Boundary loops

When adding a Path to a Paths list in Clipper, does Clipper reorder the list in any way? Specifically:

1. Does it ensure that the outer boundary (outer loop) is the first item in the Paths list?
2. Are the holes always the second, third, etc., items in the list, with their vertex order reversed compared to the outer boundary?

Or does Clipper leave the Paths list exactly as it was added?

I'm asking this because I need to know whether I should reorder the paths myself based on the bounding box's diagonal length.

    for (const auto &polyline_ids : L)
    {
        Clipper2Lib::PathD path;
