[BUG] Toast aren't not working correctly since 1.12.22

Describe the bug
Since PR #758 the toast messages are not floating anymore on page load, but are added to the bottom of the page.

Minimal Reproducible Example
To test it within version 0.12.22 go to https://fasthtml-test-toaster.vercel.app/
(I've also tested locally with version 0.12.19, 0.12.20 and 0.12.21 which have no problems

Expected behavior
Toast should be floating on page load like in the example link of version 0.12.19.

Environment Information

• fastlite version: 0.1.4
• fastcore version: 1.8.2
• fasthtml version: 1.12.22

Sorry this will not help with your bug much but just as a point of discussion - toasts seem to be a constant pain point - but I found a pretty stable way to handle them (with out relying on the fastHTML toast module)

I just send them in as an opened popover (because this will Always go to the top layer even if things are on the top layer it will go above) I found this approach very stable but the popover styles can be tricky. I have a messy example of some vanilla toast here if your want to take a look simple demo

I like letting / forcing the user to click away the toast, but if you want it to be easily auto removed the remove-me extension works really well for that. HTMX - Remove ME
