What's Changed

• Updated MathContext to support expression-defined variables Added binding expression-defined variables to MathContext. #88.
• Changed name of input parameter from "p" to "args" in compiled lambda for clarity and for decreasing a chance to get conflict if "p" notation uses as expression-defined variable.
• Updated README.md to clarify performance considerations and enhance examples for expression-defined variables and dictionary parameters.
