a little help with c project

hi there!
I saw your final project from three years ago (מעבדה בתכנות מערכות), and I was wondering if I can get some help on how to do this project.
I've read all the instructions and seen multiple lectures explaining the project and even though I understood all of what was explained I still have no idea how to start and what to actually write in code and where to begin. I was hoping you might be able to help me.
I am also willing to pay you if you want if you can write the project for me, the due date is August 11, so there isn't much time left if at all.

First of all, payment is not an option from my point of view.
My best tip for constructing such a bing project is to begin by creating its skeleton - e.g. first pass, second pass and final write functions.
Afterwards, begin implementing the project - start by coding little pieces of each phase, for example parsing the source - and even if you won't be supporting ALL the final capabilities (for example, handling invalid argument combination) - keep it going and complete it later.
