Workbooks/WorkboksMetadata.json seems to be overwritten

Describe the bug
We're trying to install Workbooks/MicrosoftGraphActivityLogs.json. Our normal workflow script reads WorkbooksMetadata.json and gets the relative path, then converts that to an ARM template.

The WorkbooksMetadata.json file doesn't contain MicrosoftGraphActivityLogs, even though it was added in https://github.com/Azure/Azure-Sentinel/pull/12247/files. Looking through the commit history it seems this has happened a few times, maybe from force pushes directly to master? I'll attach a screenshot from VS Code, which shows it much more clearly than the Github UI.

This seems to have happened multiple times.
