Google groups/mailing lists maintenance

Our internal mailing lists could use some attention! To get started, ask @lillihart to add you to the groups as a Manager and then visit the groups list.

Update this spreadsheet

• On the Members page (found in People), remove any with a red alert triangle since which means our messages are bouncing
• Export each group of recipients and replace the recipient list on the corresponding sheet
• Add a cell to each spreadsheet for the Description (found in About) and the Welcome Message (Group Settings > General) - paste in content from the Google Group
  • Most will not have a Welcome Message
  • Another potential task is to work with @lillihart on writing Descriptions and Welcome Messages
• On the Alumni list, add up the number of berkeley.edu recipients

I have yet to receive any welcome emails, but will be on the look out!

There could be a setting that's causing that -- worth exploring!
