Azure Function triggered by Blob Storage

Description:

Washington has asked us to write a simple Azure function which is triggered by an HL7v2 message uploaded to Azure Blob Storage, and which simply send the message to the query connector API at our endpoint which accepts HL7v2 messages.

@shanice, this is the set of code that parses the HL7: https://github.com/CDCgov/dibbs-query-connector/blob/main/src/app/api/query/route.ts#L153

So I think, in theory, all we should need is to call the to the API with the queryId, so something like:

curl 'https://queryconnector.dev/api/query?fhir_server={FHIR_SERVER}&id={QUERY_ID}&message_format=HL7

  --header 'Content-Type: application/json' \
  --data '{}'

and that should do all the required parsing to do the call for patient data, check the query, etc. What would you need to get this working in Azure? Would it be easier to have this call exactly as a Typescript function that can be imported?
