Support drag selection for quick multiple checkboxes selection on the "index" page

Problem

On the index page, if the user wants to select multiple records, they would have to click it one by one.

Popular tools like Google Drive and Dropbox supports drag selection for selecting multiple files.

Proposed solution

• Support this feature on the index page.
• The feature should work for different IndexAs types (e.g., table, grid, blog, block, etc.)
