Hi, I tried to apply BVeR on an MNI image and it always detects the whole image as mask independent of what parameters I'm setting. It is not clear what these parameters mean and how I should set them to work on 3D T1 image data.

Could you please give some output samples to see what kind of parameters are you using and what is the type of input images have been given in the algorithm?
