Kernel 6.12.41-cachylts1.fc42 Error Fedora

Kernel 6.12.41-cachylts1.fc42 throws the system on emergency mode after trying to finalize loading services then goes to emergency mode but kernel 6.16.0-cachyos2.fc42.x86_64 boots up perfectly fine but for stability concern issues i wanted to use the LTS kernel for a few apps that misbehaved like Discord freezing every 4-8 minutes or when using it and disconnects from calls.

It was the sole reason for this change also to note i was an LTS Branch user but for some reason it threw me the error when i last booted so i am thinking a package broke the configuration or a bug.

A feedback will be welcome on this matter as the same issue is occurring to my friend on another country in the same kernel we are using.

CPU: Intel Xeon E5-1660-V4
GPU: AMD RX 6600 Saphire Pulse
RAM: 32gb DDR4 2133mhz ECC

Precisely the same happened but i havent tested LTO as i didnt had a need to for it, i remember 3 months ago i using LTS Branch and worked flawlessly but when the 6.12.41 Kernel came out idk what happened either with packages on Fedora or something just casually updating my system and verifying everything, alongside the flatpak packages as well & i shut down my computer & in the morning when i turner it on it entered in emergency mode for no reason , i did notice an error about the root/sys not finding but i have to dig into it, funny the same exact thing happened to a friend of mine on his computer that has totally different specifications than mine which is strange. Hopefully it can be resolved... I can provide any detail if you want Logs, or try to pull logs from boot or something else until we find the culprit!

I tested LTO on LTS and still puts me on emergency mode.
