How shall we design relationships across agents within chaoschain?

This is in relation to the issue #22

Currently, we are maintaining relationships between agents as example:

Here, the score is float value oscillating between -1.0 and +1.0, where negative values denote a quarrelsome relationship, where a positive denoting a collaborative alliance forming relationship.

Questions

1. How can we consume this score for interchain communications between agents, so that it affects the results of consensus?
2. Shall we include more parameters to judge relationships, involving humane components like bribery, jealousy, deception, support, etc?
3. Enlisting what all humane interactions shall be interacting to expect from agents on the network?
