Explain your issue

So, If you Pause the Game Mid Song then tab Out and tab back in without unpausing, you resume the inst and song sorta

I'd recommend checking out clip 2 as i had the fps counter showing the state info

That's interesting, I don't think I've had that happen to me before (although that might be because I'm on Linux, specifically the Fedora COSMIC Spin at version 42 at the moment, but even then I haven't had that happen on Windows either).

Yeah, might have something to do with the os
