Bug Report: Saving files on Mac yield errors #738

Version: 1.0.1 and 1.0.0

Explain your issue
Every time I try to save a character file or let the engine create a modpack.ini file it, comes up with an error saying "Error while trying to save the file" and then lists the files directory. This didn't, to my knowledge, happen when I originally used v1.0.0 but it then began being an issue ever since I downloaded v1.0.1. Maybe it's an issue on my part but this never happened before.
Saving charts seem to work just fine. I wonder if it has to do with the fact that it prompts a finder window where you can navigate to where you want to save, but I'm not sure if it's supposed to do that with these other save prompts.
