In the list of facet in the excel-file there is one labeled "Data Provider / Hosting Institution / Repository (name tbd)".
Does this facet have a name?

Stephanie have made som comments and we have also made a sugested new name to keep it consistent.
Is this facet list in sync with the portal and the mapper?
We also made a sugestion to have a new facet: "Description". this field is present in both CMDI, DataCite and can easily be mapped to DDI Study Abstract.

Hi Olof,

with some delay finding it's cause in quite a bit of technical problems I had to attend to, I have create a wiki page

describing the metadata catalogue. It is a pity that a document like this was not available earlier, but I guess that water under the bridge.

I will update this page whenever new facets are added to the catalogue. Please let me know when you want to add a facet; the necessary steps can then be planned.

The facets described in the document reflect the current state of the mapper. As for the 'Description' field you suggested, well ... there is something like that in the catalogue already, 'notes' to be precise. All the current mappings use this field, so I would strongly recommend that you use this field. Please let me know if there is a specific reason making it unsuitable. The reason for us using the name 'notes' instead of 'Description' lies in ckan.
