Automatic Install ... invalid add-on repository

I tried to add the repository to my ha this is the error

https://github.com/GuyKh/iec-custom-component is not a valid add-on repository

Any suggestions? I'm not 100% sure about the manual install process so would appreciate the automatic option

This is now within HACS. I think that you can avoid it all together
