Release bad groupid

Hi can we update this artifact from:

<dependency>
            <groupId>INTO-CPS-Association</groupId>
            <artifactId>scenario_verifier_2.13</artifactId>
</dependency>

to

<dependency>
            <groupId>org.into-cps.ext.verification</groupId>
            <artifactId>scenario-verifier-2.13</artifactId>
</dependency>

Usually the usage is - I dont know if the 2.13 is a standard for scala but its not for java.

It would be great we we could release this directly to sonatype. A fully automated github action release can be fund here for maven https://github.com/INTO-CPS-Association/org.intocps.maestro.fmi/blob/development/.github/workflows/release.yml
