When the second row in the table combines consecutive actions, will it merge single consecutive actions for R2R, RxR, and EnvDrop? Is the maximum number of consecutive actions merged three? How should it be handled if the actions are not consecutive? Should they be retained as single original actions or discarded? At the same time, the single original turning angles for R2R and RxR are 15 and 30 degrees respectively. So, if R2R combines two consecutive turning actions, will it be 30 degrees; and if RxR combines two consecutive turning actions, will it be 60 degrees?
