Hi everyone, so... I have some news to share. Universal X86 Tuning Utility (UXTU) is close to hitting 1 million downloads on GitHub. The support for the tool has been incredible, and I cannot thank you enough for being part of the journey so far.
However, I will make a significant change as we approach this milestone. Over the next year, UXTU will be rebranded as Phantom Control Centre. The new name reflects the direction in which I aim to take this software. It includes plans to expand support beyond Windows to create a vendor/platform-neutral solution that OEMs can use as a plug-and-play open-source application for their devices. You can probably guess by now that I aim to support Linux and, if there’s enough demand for it, possibly macOS for Hackintosh setups.
Don't worry—the core experience you rely on isn’t going anywhere, but I am excited to offer more features and flexibility.
UXTU V2 will enter a state of long-term support with updates intended to improve the general experience during Phantom Control Centre's development over the next year.
Thanks again for all your support—here’s to what’s next!
