Undervolt

Hello guys i wanna ask this , so i'm using intel i9 12900h, as far as i now from gen 12th and newer the intel h cpu will lock undervolt feature, but in the app i still see the intel fivr universal x86 , well my question is does it actually undervolt my cpu because i have let the core offset at -250mv which is the lowest one and system still work fine without any blue screen when benchmark , that's weird because i thought undervolt like that system gonna crash .
