Describe the bug

On iOS, when the connection got disrupted, in same cases the client start 'jerk' - switch on -> switch off -> on -> off -> infinite cycle.

I understand that this description won't help anyone to resolve that in any resonable time, so I would like to ask you to add some kind of logs - that I could gather and provide over to you for troubleshooting.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open VPN channel
  2. Wait :)

What did you expect to happen?

I would expect the connection to re-establish.

What actually happened?

User needs to enable other VPN connection - just to kick-out the Outline. Then Outline starts working fine.
I can reproduce it on one of the users.
