Add Ecliptic and FK4 coordinates #8
Description
@TestSubjector ported euler function from IDL AstroLib to AstroLib.jl. It can be used to convert between different coordinates, including ecliptic and FK4, missing in SkyCoords.jl. These coordinates should be integrated in this package.
