The error comes from computing a start system. By default, witness_set will use a polyhedral start system for which we use 32-bit integers. The numbers in the computation seem to become too large and this is why you see the trunc error. You could try to use regeneration instead.

If a=regeneration(f) for a polynomial system, after running, how can we get the solutions that is stored in a? My way is as follows:
b=a[1];
c=solutions(b)
Then we can see the solutions in c.

The output of regeneration is of type Vector{WitnessSet} (see the documentation). You can select any entry in that vector and call solutions on the respective witness set.
