Duplicate item report

Idea Description

An admin report for duplicate items would be helpful for admins looking to clean up their libraries. If practical 3 levels of matching would be nice.

1. Matching files, same file in different libraries or different parts of the filesystem
2. 2 Duplicate content in different file types, match by metadata (spiderman issue1.cbz and spiderman issue1.epub for example)
3. 3 Individual issues contained in a larger collection, match by metadata (Spiderman issue1 and spiderman vol1 (issue 1-5) for example)

Report should just list the duplicate items so the admin can verify and address them at the filesystem level.

It's not a bad idea but there does need to a system for "false flags" as there are some libraries that having duplicates might be expected. For example I have 2 libraries that are almost identical. One has cbz and the other has PDF
