Double Cover -> Single Cover Generator

Idea Description

Double page covers look ugly as sin when squashed down in the UI. Wouldn't it be great if there was a one button click option in the cover selection screen to generate a single page cover from either the left or right half of an existing cover image? My lazy self certainly thinks so. As a library option, could also try to automatically detect this need based on aspect ratio of a cover image.
