Chordomics is intended to visualize linked data, specifically the functional and taxonomic aspects of metagenome sequencing. With 16S, we only get the taxonomy, so out-of-the-box there is nothing to link and display.

That said, there are tools like Paprica that try to predict functional content from the taxonomic profile. I haven't run this directly so I can't advise at this point, but if you process your samples with paprica and send your metadata, taxonomy table, and the resulting functional table, I'd be happy to help figure out what reformatting might be needed for use with Chordomics
