Hello Team,
For csv input, rows are sample name while columns are sample features right? I have number of column (the original data) of number of lines in the -eigenO output with -k columns.

The first and second column out out put (k=1, 2) can be used to plot PCA right? I see that all are preserved at 4 digits for the output (plot can be strange with this) . if not, It is the eigen value and Eigen vector right, how can I compute the first PC and second PC? more usage information will be very helpful.
