Is there a function that we can call and get which is the current version of libredwg-0.dll?

Mostly, because of the probability of new functions being added from time to time.

Do you keep such version control over libredwg-0.dll?

Embarassingly I found I haven't bumped the API version for the last 3 releases. with MINOR we are still at 10, should be 13.
