Any good FOSS viewer for DWG / DXF File? If you could recommend several which is the app with the fastest load of the 3D model? (Do not need 2D-DWG)

Only need is view and turn the body with mouse.

ODA used to have a free dwg viewer, but not open source.
So only qcad, freecad and librecad with their dwg plugins

Strange that there is no viewer. Does libredwg provide possibilities for viewer to get the cached graphic data from a dwg?

Sure. libredwg provides ps and svg output. But very limited in its geometric capabilities

I'm not sure that we speak about the same. I mean the cached information in a DWG files that allows you to see the content of the file really fast, as needed by a viewer. ps or svg are - as far I understood it - already converted output.
I assumed that autodesk use internal something like FBX or GLTF.
