Adding SnapRotation

I think it would be cool to add a snapRotation in deg(number) in order to change the rotation of the item after the snap.

Hey @lorenzogonnelli!
Should the rotation change then you drag the item around, e.g. to left rotation when you drag it to the left and right rotation when you drag it to the right with the angle change based on the drag velocity or should it just be a constant rotation angle applied after the item is focused? Maybe you could describe your use case more in detail?

Also, you may try to add an implementation yourself if you have something on your mind and you want to contribute.
