On the Area Viewer be able to drop pins with the x, y coordinates

I'd like a request to add a feature to the Area Viewer. In trying to build with NI I have found that because the coordinates move with the mouse there are times I'd like to place a pin so I can refer back to that or multiple spots to grab those coordinates for editing in NI directly or scripting.

Something like this was already requested not too long ago (Link). It's on my todo list, so I'll look into it eventually.

Experimental feature of adding pins to the area viewer has been added. It can be tested in the nightly release.
