Difference between amendment and SDK - BT-799

We have faced the following issue accordint to the field BT-799 Review Body Type.

According to the COMMISSION IMPLEMENTING REGULATION (EU) 2023/2884 of 20 December 2023 amending Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1780 establishing standard forms for the publication of notices in the field of public procurementhis the field exists only in eForm "E5" in which it is conditionally mandatory.
On the other hand, according to SDK 1.13.0 field BT-799-ReviewBody is mandatory in eForms "29", "30", "31", "32", "33", "34", "35", "36", "37", "E4", "E5" except when BT-783-Review is not present.

Could you please investigate which one is correct?

Hi,
This is an error in the 2nd amendment as this role is associated to the review information BG-716. You could also have a look at the Guide on Review (cf. https://code.europa.eu/eproc/eforms/docs/-/blob/main/guides/gde_005_rew.md?ref_type=heads )
