Just putting this here, because it took me a while to find it, and it wasn't the search that found me it, it was a link on another page. 😅

If you are mainlining Debian for work and are on as much official repo stuff as possible the following is where to find more detailed changelogs than what may appear in the Gnome Software details for a given update:
