Bug when two videos are integrated into separate activities

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new activity (text and media area) in a Moodle course
2. Insert an Opencast video from the repository
3. Click on "Save and return to course"
4. Create a second text and media area underneath, and repeat the above steps

Expected behaviour

The two videos should be displayed one below the other.

Actual behaviour

The second video somehow replaces the first one, and at the position where the second video should be, there is just a black box.
Interestingly, when you remove the second video and press F5, the first one gets displayed again.
