This conversion was done with your tools in their latest build "FreeMastercodeFinder" and "PS2-pnach-converter-windowsx64":

PS:` It wasn't tested by me yet.
EDIT: I tested and it works. Don't forget to change to 16:9 aspect ratio ->Inside the game, in Display Menu enable Widescreen mode.

I also found a Modern Widescreen patch for GTA3 done by Daniel Santos, but it's not converted and it's also untested, if you want to take a look @israpps :
