Add more weather models to improve accuracy

Describe the feature

There are a few issues floating around with model suggestions to help improve accuracy so I figure a master issue with them listed as sub-issues would be helpful to keep track of everything. There are also models on the roadmap without an associated issue which I will add to this one.
