leaf venation traits

For a project working on a description of monocot venation patterns, I would like to create a number of new leaf vein morphological traits, subclasses of TO_0000820. I have pasted an initial list of terms below, but it is likely to change. Are these new terms acceptable for TO? Would you like me to add them and create a pull request, or supply all of the information in a spread sheet and have someone from TO add them, or something else?
