Is it possible to turn Max Boost at Startup?

I did the tutorial for the curve, and it helped lots!

Now id like to know if is there a way to set the Max Boost.
Within the conditions i have right now i have a hard time maintaining a good cooling.
And reducing my 5700x clock from 4600 to 4300 plus the -20 on the curve seems to Fix the Issue a Lot without losing that much of performance.

So id like the possibility to change the Max Boost right on the logon too.
