Describe your suggestion for a new command.

The Guild Administrator can execute this command to block annoying people who spam with bot commands from using the Progen commands. Progen no longer responds to the user's commands but he can still write normally in the chat.

The bot asks the database whether the user is authorised to address Progen. If yes, the command is executed, if no, the command is not executed.
