Multi-qubit pauli error shorthand support #466
Description
#462 can support 1Q pauli errors but I think it would be very desirable at some point to figure out how to support multi-qubit pauli errors considering the PauliError statement itself permits it.
In a conversation on the original PR I tried (somewhat naively) to create a multi_qubit_pauli_error kernel but, considering the nature of the pauli string statement requiring the string to be an attribute as well as what @david-pl pointed out with * causing problems this might require some further thought.
