Another snapshot. Mostly functional. Haven't started QA.

Able to log in RELEASE mode 24 bits at 1 KHz to disk
without any dropped samples.

There are some existing bugs in stats settings that
need to be fixed in this branch before release.

But this current snapshot should work for HOLIDAY
milestone and IoT testing.
