Filter all Intermediary info with Hashed

This basically means: we should only provide an Intermediary version only if Hashed also has it; This should likely help with potential confusion in the end, since it is possible to have an Intermediary version without having a Hashed equivalent, but in the case of Quilt, we need both to be available often times, so the source of truth for that should be filtered Intermediary information
