Quirks when captures are added to sessions manually

Summary

When manually uploading captures, we can see some quirks for how sessions are generated. Examples:

• If uploading just one capture, no session is generated
• If uploading 2 captures, sometimes (not always) only 1 is added to the session
• If uploading 3 captures, sometimes (not always) only 2 is added to the session

I'm not sure if the same applies for when syncing captures from a data source.

How to Reproduce the Bug

Environment

I have seen this locally, in preview environment and in production.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a new station
2. Upload 1-3 captures to it using the "manual uploads" component
3. Go checkout sessions

Since some issues are a bit tricky to reproduce consistently, please delete the captures and try again if you are not seeing it.
