Since there is ARMv8a releases and linux releases, would it not be possible to create android release?

arm build is for macOS. Linux builds is x86_64-only.

but if you manage to get the macOS or Linux desktop Spotify builds running on your android device.. then, yes, SpotX-Bash would work. Good luck.
