I took a look at my log file, no clue. So I just went to https://github.com/Stellarium/stellarium-data/releases/download/stars-3.0/stars_6_1v0_4.cat, https://github.com/Stellarium/stellarium-data/releases/download/stars-3.0/stars_7_1v0_4.cat and https://github.com/Stellarium/stellarium-data/releases/download/stars-3.0/stars_8_2v0_3.cat and put them into AppData\Roaming\Stellarium\stars\hip_gaia3. Apparently, it worked. At least, it says so: "Stellarium says all available catalogs have been installed." So, I will assume some glitch somewhere in the download parameters. Let's see if some other users have the same problem. But for me, the workaround worked, and the problem is solved for now. Thanks. |

Extremely glad to see Gaia catalogs coming into Stellarium. A great addition. Now, when downloading the new data files from Stellarium (7 of 9), it gets stuck at 31% or so. The drive has plenty of space left (over 50 GB), so no idea why does it keep stuck. May I download separately the files from GitHub and copy paste them into de installation folder in my computer to see where the problem comes from?
