elongation does not relate to azimuth. Please study section 18.2.5 of the User Guide for definitions. |

London city, 3rd of June 2024, Moonrise 2:53, azimuth 71, Sunrise 4:47, azimuth 51, Elongation 46, i need to locate the Sun at Moonrise (time & azimuth), do i subtract Elongation from the Moon azimuth or the Sun azimuth, time difference between Moonrise and Sunrise is 1:54 (1.9), if i convert this time to degrees by multiplying it by 15 would give me 28.5 minus Moonrise azimuth 71 suggesting the Sun is at 00:59, 42.5 azimuth and that isn't matching Elongation, what am i missing here!
