Not allow restore a backup greater than 4gb

Describe the bug
I backup all my steam accounts, and the backup has 6.8gb. When I try to restore the application generate an error realted to IOException.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click on Steam
2. Click on Settings
3. Click on Restore
4. Click on the backup file *.7z (6.8gb)
5. See error

Expected behavior
Restore the backup correctly.
